1. Acceptance

By downloading or using LockApp ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What LockApp Does

LockApp is a client-side photo and video vault. All content is stored locally on your device. The App does not transmit, upload, or sync your content to any server.

3. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

The content you store within the App
Remembering your passcode — we cannot recover it for you
Backing up your device if you wish to preserve your content
Ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws

4. No Warranty

LockApp is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your content will never be lost. Use device backups for important content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shutdown Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
